Article 1 – Purpose These general terms and conditions of sale govern the contractual relations between NORAGNCY (SIREN: 993 159 896), whose registered office is located at 60 rue François 1er, 75008 Paris, France, and any buyer making a purchase on the VELÉA online store.

Article 2 – Orders Any order placed on the site implies acceptance of these General Terms and Conditions of Sale. VELÉA reserves the right to cancel any order in case of availability or payment issues.

Article 3 – Prices Prices are indicated in euros, all taxes included (VAT FR55993159896). VELÉA reserves the right to modify its prices at any time.

Article 4 – Delivery Orders are shipped to the address indicated during the order process. Delivery times are given for informational purposes only.

Article 6 – Returns and Refunds Returned products must be in their original condition. The refund will be made within 14 days after receipt of the return.
